We’ve got a new instructor in town. She brings the beats and spunky motivation to keep you in check and challenged as you take on your cycling rides. Meet Rachel:
Rachel is a Stages Cycling Master Educator and the Senior Manager of Cycling for Equinox, a luxury fitness experience with 100+ clubs across the globe. She is a former Schwinn Master Trainer and was Creative Manager of Group Fitness at Equinox - winning Instructor of the Year in 2012, Program of the Year in 2016, and Educator of the Year in 2017. Rachel also has a Masters in Exercise Physiology and Cardiac Rehabilitation and a BFA in Dance.
She’s had a myriad of media appearances and brand associations thanks to her longevity and expertise in the industry. Rachel is an avid outdoor cyclist winning her age group in the 2009 NYC duathlon. You may also recognize her from Beachbody’s Insanity and Asylum workout where she shined as a cast member. When she’s not running the world (cue Beyoncé) she’s spending time with her two kiddos.
Let’s get to know Rachel with a few quick fun facts:
